Worried about those 'senior moments'. Well you are not losing your mind.

So that's good news, you have not lost your mind. Plus there is a lot you can do to keep it sharp.

Exercise is a way to improve circulation. As well mental stimulation is another which means less boob tube and more writing, reading, conversing and so on that inspire thinking and perhaps the kind that hurts a bit. No pain no gain includes your brain.

Water As First Rule Of Necessity

When in doubt drink plenty of water. The story of Dr. Fred Batmanghelidj reminds of this truth. Dr. Batmanghelidj was imprisoned when Ayatollah Khomeini overthrew the Shaw of Iran. He was convicted of contrived crimes because of his intellectual status. He became the prison doctor at request of guards who would randomly select prisoners and behead them or beat them to death. Dr. Batmanghelidj had no medicine or instruments. All he had was water. He treated a number of medical conditions with water with significant success. After release he returned to prison to help. Read more about Dr. Batmanghelidj in "Your Body's Main Cries for Water". Verve is a favorite drink of mine.
